The first floor comprises the main living areas which include an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge which looks out onto large wraparound timber decking set amongst the tree tops. With the native bush around you, you know you have left suburbia far behind. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom on this level. The second floor comprises a spacious parents' retreat with its own private deck, walk-in robe and en suite. The ground floor has a fourth bedroom, which also contains a small colour television. Also on this floor there is another bathroom and a spacious laundry which opens out on to the grassed area and nearby outdoor hot and cold shower. Bedrooms and living areas are fitted with ceiling fans.  "Carpe Vino" is well appointed throughout, and has fantastic design layout for a relaxing stay. Watch the family of kangaroos come out at sunset and graze on the lawn. The beaches and towns of Margaret River and Prevelly are 5 minutes away by car. Cycle/walkways are nearby and lead to both Margaret River town and Gnarabup/Prevelly beaches and the Golf Course.
