You’ll naturally be drawn towards the light-filled living area, kitchen and dining room. This is the heart of the home and boasts impressive high ceilings and very comfortable couches, making it the perfect place for the day's adventures to be retold amongst loved ones, or board games to be played, whilst dinner bubbles away on the stove top.

There is even an extra, generously sized family room, which, like the other lounge area, also has a Chrome Cast TV – perfect for when the kids and adults want to watch their own shows but close by to one another.

The indoor living areas can be opened to an alfresco and outdoor entertaining area, set amongst a well maintained and fully enclosed garden area with reticulated lawn. Many amazing walk and bike paths that stretch all the way up the coast to Mandurah, are right on your doorstep.

This lovely family home is just a minutes walk to your local gourmet mini mart, hairdresser and Cellabrations liquor and you only have to cross the street to get to La Belle Patisserie for your morning barista coffee or high tea.

A quick 5 minute drive will find you at supermarket with doctors and all facilities including marina, boat ramps, rifle range, golf course, local Cut tavern and quality local restaurants.
